If you don't love your Chill Chair for any reason you can request a return and be refunded. We will cover the cost of return shipping. The Chill Chair will comfortably sit anyone from 5" to 6'4". If you are outside this range, we suggest shopping for a chair that better fits your build.
No, the Chill Chair has smart roller technology to avoid this issue. On the control panel you can choose one of ten positions to set the rollers when not in use. This means no matter your height or build you will never feel the rollers while sitting.
